The City Hall meeting rooms are rented out for meetings to external parties. Two smaller meeting rooms and a council chamber are available on the street level. All rooms have wireless guest access. The Council Chamber also has an induction loop. The equipment in the meeting rooms and council chamber allows for a modern hybrid meeting.
Council Chamber:
- 48 fixed seating places and 18 movable seats, which can be increased if necessary (maximum capacity 80 people)
- A laptop computer in the room for visitor use
- Two data projectors
- The visitor’s own laptop can be connected to another projector. The visitor’s laptop can also be connected to the hall’s sound system (microphones and speakers), providing high-quality audio for Teams meetings.
- Induction loop
City Council meeting room:
- 19 seats
- Desktop computer and Teams Rooms equipment (85″ screen, webcam and sound system)
- Client’s own laptop can be connected to the Teams Rooms meeting
The committees’ meeting room:
- 10 seats
- Desktop computer and Teams Rooms equipment (75″ screen, webcam and sound system)
- Client’s own laptop can be connected to the Teams Rooms meeting
Coffee shop:
- 12 tables with four seats (maximum 70 people)
