Shall we do it together? Community in community colleges. Staff training in education and early childhood education 2023

The aim of the project is to identify the challenges of the current state of community among teachers in colleges. To identify ways to develop a community culture and leadership skills. The aim is for staff to be able to identify the factors that undermine and enhance community spirit and to recognise the importance of their own role in developing and improving the community culture of their college.

The project is coordinated by the Tornio Community College and involves the Kemijärvi and Rovaniemi Community Colleges and the educational districts of Lapland and Meri-Pohjola.
