The sports hall is generally open from September to May.
Mon-Fri 16.00-20.00 (closed on public holidays).
The gym is available from 05.00-23.00 by purchasing a season ticket and an electronic key. These are available at the swimming pool in Poukama.

Clubs and associations can also apply for Saturday and Sunday slots and for the summer season, by mail or e-mail to the sports director.
Children in grades 3 and younger must be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for their physical activity in the hall and that the rules are followed.
Sports facilities that are free of school use/reserved shifts are available for individual use. Pay €2.50 per person at the ticket machine in the foyer, and reserve pocket money (10, 20 and 50 cent, 1 and 2 euro coins are accepted).
The hall has:
- a hall of 874 m ² (can be divided into three parts, each with a full-size volleyball court)
- athletics area 570 m² (four 60 m running tracks / four photocells)
- gym 243 m²/ vault and vault track
- gym 116 m²
- aerobics room 170 m²
- classroom space 87 m²
- coffee room (only available for special events)
