The Celebratory Fund
Application for grants and scholarships from the Kemijärvi City Celebratory Fund for 2024
The City of Kemijärvi 150 Celebration Fund grants scholarships to students and welfare workers from Kemijärvi upon application. In addition, grants from the commemorative fund support the hobby activities of children and young people from Kemijärvi who are less fortunate, as well as cultural and educational work in the city, such as associations or hobby groups.
Applications for scholarships and grants for the above purposes can be made throughout the year and must be submitted by the end of November each year. The Board of the Fund is the City Council, which decides on the awarding of scholarships and grants.
