Citizens’ initiative and feedback

You can use the electronic form to submit your case just like a formal document. For data security reasons, please do not send any personal information such as your ID number, health data, etc. with this form.

Where does the initiative go?

The citizen initiative / case initiation is sent to the Registry by email. At the Registry, the initiative is registered as received and forwarded to the relevant institution for further preparation.

How do I know what has happened to my initiative?

When you register an initiative, it is given a slide number, which you can use to track the progress of the procedure. You can contact the Registry by telephone to ask about the progress of your case using the slide number you have been given.

It is not possible to send attachments via the forms.
