Ask for help! is a low-threshold online service for families with children and young people. You can ask for help, ask for advice or submit a contact request. You can contact a member of the Children, Youth and Family Services team. You can ask for help or advice about your situation or that of a loved one without identifying yourself, using just your nickname if you wish. You will be contacted within 1-2 working days at the latest.
