Consumption web

Consumption Web is an electronic service where customers can enter their consumption figures and browse their property’s consumption history. To access the service, you need the consumption location number and meter number from your water bill. Full cubic metres from the water meter are stored in the service.

The service also allows consumers to send feedback to the water department. If you wish to be contacted, please add your contact details to the message.

Kemijärven lämpö ja vesi Oy started its operations on 1 January 2016, when Kemijärven Kaukolämpö Oy and Kemijärven City Water and Sewerage Company merged. Now the city’s residents can conveniently access all services related to heat and water from the same address . The merger brings many benefits and a few changes that our customers should be aware of. For our water customers, the change meant that the account number on their water bill changed.
